If you did not purchase a packing video, your package usually ships within 3-5 business days. If you purchased a packing video, your package usually ships within 5-8 business days.

Under normal customs clearance, most of our packages are delivered within 1 month, with the majority arriving around 15-20 days. Shipping is faster to regions with convenient international transport, and may take longer for remote or less accessible areas.

If you purchased a packing video, it is usually posted 5 days after your order. As creating the video takes time, it will be posted after your package has been shipped. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
